Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Hongkong

Our guide will pick you up at Hongkong airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Hongkong

In the morning you will have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Stanley Market. After lunch transfer to Pier for taking Star Ferry to Kowloon side, walk along the waterfront promenade back to Hotel. The afternoon is free. (B+L)

Day 03: Hongkong - Guilin

Morning is free. Take an afternoon flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. (B)

Day 04: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin

Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, a short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take our electric car instead of taking bicycles. Transfer back to Guilin. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today.) (B+L)

Day 05: Guilin - Xian

Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Take  a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 06: Xian

Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Peasant Painting Gallery, the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque. After you enjoy the local speciality, the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Xian

Visit the Provincial History Museum. After enjoying the a la carte lunch at a local famous restaurant, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Forest of Stone Steles Museum. (B+L)

Day 08: Xian - Shanghai

Take a flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. The special flavor dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 09: Shanghai

Drive to visit Zhujiajiao, a water village. The afternoon is free to visit the Bund and the Nanjing Road. (B+L)

Day 10: Shanghai - Beijing

Take a flight to Beijing and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Summer Palace. (B+L)

Day 11: Beijing

Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. (B+L)

Day 12: Beijing

Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Qianmen Quan Ju De restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.(B+L+D)

Day 13: Departure from Beijing
